Today energy efficiency has become an important issue of global dimension. In times of scarce fossil fuel resources and ever rising energy prices the worldwide demand for innovative technologies in reducing energy requirements is constantly growing.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nThe EdgeRacer is Wohler\u2019s answer in the energy efficient deburring and edge rounding of steel, stainless, aluminium and titanium sheet. Along with the great diversity and flexibility of the deburring machine the focus was also set on energy efficiency in designing and engineering the future-oriented EdgeRacer.<br \/>\nWith energy costs of \u20ac 0.01 per m\u00b2 the EdgeRacer effectively cuts energy consumption by up to 90% compared with conventional deburring machines. This allows huge savings to be made just by the optimised energy management.
