With the W\u00d6HLER wire crimping and cutting machine DA 74 N<\/strong> we offers a self-sufficient stand alone solution for wire crimping and cutting to length in 1 and\/or 2 levels. For this purpose, two pairs of corrugated wheels and an electrically driven cutting unit are used.<\/p>\n

Up to 8 single wires can be processed from coil. These are fed into the machine by the operator and continuously withdrawn when the W\u00d6HLER DA 74 N is started.<\/p>\n

The corrugation and cutting speed can be adjusted using a potentiometer to generate the desired wire length.<\/p>\n

The crimped and cut to length wire is ejected via an ejection tray and can be further processed manually from here.<\/p>\n

The well thought-out design of the W\u00d6HLER DA 74 N<\/strong> also enables the crimped and cut to length wire to be deposited directly onto a clocked conveyor via the ejection tray. A great advantage if a further processing machine is to be loaded directly in order to further increase the level of automation in production.<\/p>\n
