With the\u00a0WCB 200 wire bundling machine<\/strong>, wire bundles with a cutting length of 40 mm to 270 mm can be cut from strands of crimped, fine crimped or smooth wire. Flat wire up to 1.1 mm width and 0.25 mm thickness can also be processed.<\/p>\n

Due to the simple and quick change of the cutting length, different bundles can be economically produced from the same strand. In this way, you make optimum use of the strand length and minimise the unused residual length.<\/p>\n

The simple strand change allows you to economically produce a variety of bundles to suit your needs.<\/p>\n

Both enables you to produce close to the order. You only cut the bundles that are needed for the current job. In doing so, you reduce the stock of cut wires and avoid storing or even disposing of stock goods that are not needed in the long term or permanently.<\/p>\n

The integrated knoter holds the bundles tightly together for transport and facilitates handling in further processing.<\/p>\n

Cutting and bundling of the wire bundles is fully automatic. Simply specify the number of bundles required \u2013 the\u00a0WCB 200<\/strong>\u00a0produces automatically until the desired quantity is reached.<\/p>\n

The remaining time until completion is continuously shown on the display, as is the remaining capacity of the yarn spool.
