Employees honoured for 25 years of service

It was no normal working day like every other for Marcus Rustemeier and Hans-Dieter Schlüter, when it came to celebrating their 25 years of service. They were honoured by the company management and works council of Wöhler Brush Tech GmbH in Bad Wünnenberg as part of a small celebration.

On 1 August 1989 both started their apprenticeship at Wöhler. Not only have they come to learn a lot in these 25 years but also experienced a lot too. In this time the Wöhler company has increasingly grown and been formed into three separate companies under the common roof of the Wöhler Holding GmbH. Both of them today work in the machine construction at Wöhler Brush Tech, Hans-Dieter as machining mechanic in grinding and eroding and Marcus as industrial mechanic in final assembly and machine commissioning.

As Wöhler is globally active in special machinery construction for the brush industry, travel to customers around the world is also a part of their responsibilities.

Especially in today’s fast-moving times such a service to the company deserves particular recognition. In a small celebration the two were presented with gifts from the company management and works council and thanked and congratulated for their service and loyalty.
