POWERBRUSH MACHINES
Brush segments are the origin of a variety of industrial brushes. From one or more brush segments, wheel brushes, cup brushes and brush head brushes as well as roller brushes are created during final assembly. Decisive for the quality of the power brush segment is an application-specific fill density and a high balancing quality.
The WÖHLER machine portfolio covers a large number of possible fill materials, fill densities and diameters.
In addition, many machines can be inserted directly into the production line, thus achieving a high degree of automation in brush segment production. Efficient segment production is thus guaranteed and offers the prerequisite for individual, innovative brush production.
