Always a step ahead

… that’s our slogan for the Interbrush in Freiburg from 9 to 11 May 2012.
In Hall 2 Wöhler Brush Tech will present a whole number of exciting new developments together with additions and improvements to our existing product range.

On a stand of over 360 sqm we will be showing new and innovative concepts for even more efficient and economic production of strip brushes, twist knots, segment brushes, street sweeper brushes, paintbrushes, dental and polishing brushes and more!

The preparations are almost complete.
Let the show begin …

An excellent example of our dedicated product development and improvement is the ZVA 600: The use of a new angle gear drive has drastically cut set-up times for new brush types. The new twist knot head allows waste-free production with low costs for consumables. Even the machine control has been optimised, making it more clearly structured and function-oriented. Find out for yourself!

Representing new developments in the cutting and trimming of fill materials and brushes are latest model hank cutters and trimmers, together with a special trimming bench type MTB 1000, which optionally allows contour trimming, the fusing of synthetics and internal sizing of plastic tubes. Making its debut at the show is the SHF 400, a system specially developed for the flexible production of high density segments with minimal use of metal parts.
