The Wöhler DBM 90 is a fully automatic dental and polishing brush machine for the production of small brushes with straight or slightly crimped fill material.

The machine with its 6-station turntable operates fully automatically and is ideal for the production of brushes in large series.

The WÖHLER DBM 90 series includes various levels of automation and is also available in a low-cost basic version with manual feeding of metal parts.

This is a particularly efficient, high capacity production system for Junior Cup brushes with the following fill materials:
• Crimped wire – steel, brass etc.
• Synthetic on spools
• Cotton on spools
• Natural hair or bristles (horse, pig, goat etc.)
• Abrasive material on spools
