End brush machine EBM 88

The WÖHLER EBM 88, from the operated machine to the fully automatic machine, produces end brushes in large series particularly economically and fully automatically.

In its basic configuration, the EBM 88 operates as an attended workstation with automatic strand take-off, holding pin feed and automatic assembly process. An operator inserts the required metal parts. Further automation options allow the individual extension to a fully automatic machine, matching the desired product range.

As a fully automatic machine, the EBM 88 operates with a 4-station rotary indexing table, automatic cup body feed, wire feed from spools, holding pin feed from coil or magazine, as well as automatic transfer to a closed trimming station to separate the trim waste.

For optional cup body labelling, a choice can be made between mechanical stamping and laser labelling. The external trimming station allows automatic contouring at a presettable angle. The EBM 88 remains free of trim residues.

With the abrasive fill production option, abrasive materials can also be processed from the strand.
