The WÖHLER TU 200 is a semi-automatic trimming machine for disc, wheel and cup brushes.

The sequentially operating machine is fitted with a single rotating and clamping unit. The WÖHLER TU 200 trims the brush and the automatic clamping system allows fast and easy brush changing.

At the heart of the machine is the proven and reliable trimmer WÖHLER FS 930, which guarantees high trim quality, Performance and durability.

The machine settings are made manually by the operator via hand wheels and the touch screen control.
The trimmer setting can be optionally made automatically via the control.

In order to ensure the highest possible safety, the operator is safeguarded from the processing area by means of an automatically closing operating opening in the machine door.

Flying wires and filaments are guided by smooth surfaces into a central waste collection container. For easier machine Setup and cleaning, the front machine door and rear cover can be released and opened wide for better access. Door locking with safety key prevents unauthorised opening.
