Semi-automatic trimming machine TU 250

The WÖHLER TU 250 is a semi-automatic trimming machine for disc, wheel and cup brushes.

The shuttle table of the WÖHLER TU 250 allows the fast and safe removal of the finished brush and inserting of the next untrimmed brush, while the WÖHLER TU 250 trims another brush in the processing area. The short processing times result in an interestingly high economic efficiency, particularly for small brushes. Longer trimming cycles allow the operator more time for other productive activities. On completion of trimming, the WÖHLER TU 250 automatically turns the shuttle table and starts trimming the next brush. The WÖHLER TU 250 prompts the operator to change the brush by means of an acoustic signal.

The automatic clamping system allows a brush change, which is generally significantly shorter than the processing time.

At the heart of the machine is the proven and reliable trimmer WÖHLER FS 930, which guarantees high trim quality, Performance and durability.

The machine settings are made manually by the operator via hand wheels and the touch screen control.
The trimmer setting can be optionally made automatically via the control.

In order to ensure the highest possible safety, the operator is safeguarded from the processing area by means of an automatically closing operating opening in the machine door.

Flying wires and filaments are guided by smooth surfaces into a central waste collection container. For easier machine Setup and cleaning, the front machine door and rear cover can be released and opened wide for better access. Door locking with safety key prevents unauthorised opening.
