Roll brush winding machine WIP 87

The WÖHLER WIP 87 allows highly efficient production of welded spiral packages directly on the winder.

This requires the use of H-shaped strip profile (normally double band) with sufficient leg height for welding. While the brush is wound on a core the WIG welder automatically places five or six welding spots (depending on diameter) per wrap.

Welding is possible for all kinds of brushes with synthetic or wire fill (various diameters). The system is suitable for both Standard steel and stainless band material.

The system offers an integrated welding voltage control and adjustable package length.
