The wire polishing machine B 61 convinces with a perfect surface treatment of the wire by the compact, modular design. This allows the B 61 to be found in small production lines. Another advantage is the ability to move on rails, which allows the machine to be easily and quickly removed out of the line. Stand-alone operation is also possible.

The sophisticated design allows easy accessibility and reduces the noise level on below 80 dB. In addition, ascending dirt is optimally dissipated which increases the efficiency of the suction system.

After every second brushing station is a wire guide with a lock. Each brush station has an infinitely variable 360° angle adjustment. This ensures a fast wire change with intuitive operability and a low downtime.

The innovative pneumatic/spring system optimizes the brush life and ensures that the brushes always work in the middle of the wire.
