With fun and adventure to a better team feeling

Climbing parks with high and low rope garden areas have become very popular. Apart from the obvious fun factor they also help in discovering hidden potential and optimising personal resources.
This is why the Wöhler trainees started climbing into new heights.

The aim of this training was to concentrate on the possibilities teams have in re-orientating themselves, allowing the individuals to approach each other openly and effectively break down any existing barriers.

Our trainees were able to experience how their strategic thinking, self-confidence, team communication and self-reliability could be selectively encouraged and enhanced. Creativity, physical and mental dexterity were all given a real boost.
A team of specially trained supervisors was at their side to help in testing new behaviour patterns and reflecting on the impact of these on the other participants.

Having fun coupled with aspects of adventure and teamwork is an ideal combination for living changes both positively and sustainably.
