MTB 1000 – Brush trimming

CRM 1500, FC 130 – Continuous reeling process
The reeling machine CRM 1500 operates a direct continuous reeling process for hank lengths. The machine has an automatic shifting process between hanks and can operate for up to 3 hours fully automatically without operator. The up to 20 reeled hanks are stored on individual and length adjustable holders for exchanging by the operator, displayed on the machine by a light signal.
SHF 400 – Brush disk segment production
New and highly flexible machine for wire brush segment production from metal disks and crimped wire. Holes for wire feeding and positioning are punched directly on the machine. Wire feeding and cutting are made parallel to disk punching with automatic transfer between both stations. No ready punched metal parts (ring and eyelet) are required as in the case of traditional brush segments, offering highest flexibility at lowest cost. Convincing qualities include the various possible brush assemblies as well as the savings in metal part and tool costs! Metal part savings are made for example by using the inner parts for smaller brushes and through the use of basic metal parts for cup and disc brushes. Material savings are also made on wheel brushes with 1 to 3 sections in addition to the low cost assembly. A further feature to mention is the possible assembly on tubes for long roll brushes.
Let’s start talking about the optimal system solution for you!
