HDT 42: Easy handling – increased production capacity

The HDT 42 is an assembly machine with special holders for tools for brush segment production as well as increased speed to increase production.

The HDT 42 is used for the production of street sweeping rings at high speed and safe two-hand operation. Brush segments up to an outer diameter of 3.3 ft (1 metre) can be processed. The cycle time of the HDT 42 assembly machine is adapted to the PVM 100 profile welding machine.
