The Wöhler gutter broom machine GB 100 is the evoltion of gutter broom production – it sets a new standard in the production of sweeper brushes.

State-of-the-art, servo-controlled drives replace the hydraulics and swivel gears of the previous generation. This has more than doubled production output and drastically reduced maintenance costs. Dynamics, reproducibility and machine availability are thus also significantly increased. This in turn leads to an increase in quality and performance of the gutter broom machine.

Like all Wöhler machines, the GB 10 gutter broom machine also has a modular design. The basic machine can be easily extended with various modules – up to complete production lines. In this way, all commercially available disc formats with wire, synthetic or mixed fillings can be produced.

The enormous variety of possible configurations as well as freely programmable trim formats (angle drilling machine) allow optimal adaptation to individual customer requirements. This means that the GB 100 always produces both small and large series with the greatest possible efficiency.

Wöhler has also paid special attention to optimising operation and set-up. For example, all fixtures can be exchanged without tools in just a few steps. A multifunctional plate fixture further reduces the time needed for product changes. Fixing and tamping holes can be drilled with only one clamping.

The clearly designed and intuitive user interface and the fully automatic processes minimise the dependence on the operator´s qualifications.
