The innovative HiT-Brush technology revolutionizes superfinishing. The High-Tech Compound filaments are a special bond with the abrasive particles.<br />
Working temperatures of up to 370° C are possible. No additives are required.

The special configuration of the fibers allows high pressure operation with simultaneously fast and surface-gentle processing. The geometry remains unchanged due to the extensive contact instead of selective contact. Improved surface load capacity.

This increases the service life and wear resistance several times and reduces the throughput time. Production costs are reduced. Compared to conventional processes, superfinishing is significantly more economical with HiT-Brush technology.

Flexible operation pressure and controlled surface pressure when using Wöhler HiT-Brush aggragates make the defined edge rounding and contour processing easy to implement.

Clean workplace thanks to dry processing. Wet processing is also possible.

The HiT brushes and HiT-Brush units can be used on existing standard machines or integrated into an existing production line.
